One of our client’s luxury shopping malls has been searching for a key leader - responsible their CRM - for a long time
The role was had been open a long time in the market, and the client interviewed many candidates; directly or through other agencies.
Part of the challenge was team management experience was required, but the package only appealed to candidates between Assistant Manager to Manager level, and the function of CRM usually is one person in the team - rarely with team management.
